Jeppesen ForeFlight seeks a Chief Dispatcher Instructor to lead and develop training programs for FAA and global CAAs. You will supervise staff, develop curriculum, recruit students, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The role combines classroom and hybrid instruction with hands-on courseware updates.

You will manage records, support sales and customer service, and drive new training products in a dynamic aviation technology environment. Up to 40% travel is required.

Formación

• Minimum of 3–4 years of dispatcher experience, preferably in an Airline 121 environment.
• FAA Aircraft Dispatcher certificate (Part 65) required.
• Experience teaching ground school and advanced operator subjects (ETOPS, Driftdown, meteorology, human factors) welcomed.
• Proficient with Jeppesen and ForeFlight Dispatch.
• Experience developing courses using modern instructional design for in-person and hybrid delivery.
• Ability to supervise, mentor, and evaluate instructors.

Responsabilidades

• Instruct or act as a backup instructor for all training classes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage and update the Policies and Procedures Manual and other SOPs to meet standards.
• Teach and qualify new instructors; provide direction and mentorship.
• Organize and coordinate training schedules and ensure coverage.
• Ensure courseware and materials are up to date and available.
• Maintain training records and certifications.
• Support customer sales leads, registration, billing, and related customer service.
• Measure and improve customer satisfaction with courses.
• Develop new training products and services in coordination with management.
• Travel to key customers and events to grow training sales (up to 40%).
• Liaise with governmental oversight, external partners, and accreditation bodies.
