Job summary

Pacific Aviation is seeking a Flight Operations Manager to support and mentor our team. The role focuses on directing flight operation activities, supervising dispatchers, and ensuring safe, compliant operations across regional stations.

The candidate should have five years in Flight Operations, an FAA Flight Dispatch License, and knowledge of major flight planning tools. The position requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in Flight Operations.
• FAA Flight Dispatch License.
• Knowledge of SITA/ARINC/LIDO/JEPPESEN/SABER flight planning software.
• Training in CFR 14 PART 121/129/135; CFR 14 PART 120; CFR 49 PART 40.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates flight operation activities through Flight Dispatchers and subordinate personnel at regional stations.
• Oversee and manage Flight Operations and Weight & Balance departments.
• Provide full weather and operational briefing to flight crews; analyze weather NOTAMs and ATC data.
