Job summary

Pacific Aviation, a leading airport-handling provider, seeks a Flight Operations Manager to mentor and lead our flight operations team. You will direct flight operation and control activities across regional stations and ensure safety and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in Flight Operations.
• FAA Flight Dispatch License required.
• Knowledge of flight planning and weather briefing software.
• Training in CFR 14 Parts 121/129/135 and 14 Part 120/40.
• Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate flight operation and control activities through Dispatchers and staff.
• Over-see preparation and filing of computerized Flight and ATC plans for international flights.
• Provide weather/operational briefings to flight crews and analyze NOTAMs.
• Liaise with management, clients, vendors, airports and authorities for compliance.
• Manage and develop Flight Dispatch and Weight & Balance personnel.
• Prepare staff work schedules and reports; assist budget and payroll.
