Job summary

This role requires English fluency, a 2-year technical or associate degree, 1–2 years of related experience, and strong planning, communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safe, efficient and effective dispatching of the flight schedule utilizing training resources like instructors, aircraft, classrooms and simulators.
• Maximizing assets and mitigating cancellations as a primary goal.
• Coordinate and ensure efficient execution by collaborating with Training, Maintenance and Customer Service.
• Adherence to all company and regulatory requirements.
• Work with maintenance to ensure inspections and repairs are fulfilled appropriately.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Mitigate cancellations while observing company and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure effective dispatching of the schedule.
