Job summary

Mountain Air Cargo, Inc. (MAC) is seeking a Flight Follower/Aircraft Dispatcher to join the Operations Control Center. You will plan, monitor and coordinate flights, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and timely operations across fields and routes.

The role requires FAA Part 121 Dispatcher certification, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Training and ongoing qualification updates are required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, releases and monitors flights in accordance with regulations and MAC policies.
• Monitors status of all company flights from pre-flight to completion.
• Communicates weather and aeronautical information to flight crews.
• Ensures ground handling, deicing, fuel, slots and permits are in order.
• Identifies delays and takes corrective action to minimize disruption.
• Advises personnel of delays and safety concerns.
• Coordinates with Maintenance Control for safe operations.
• Ensures MEL/CDL limitations are evaluated and complied with.
• Maintains a shift log with key flight data.
• Complies with health and safety regulations.
