GE Aerospace is seeking a FLIGHT DECK Manager to partner with leadership to drive product flow and targeted process improvements that shorten lead times and improve cash flow.

The role focuses on expanding the site’s lean culture by facilitating FLIGHT DECK training at all levels and standardizing work across manufacturing cells. Strong coaching and project leadership in Lean is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required or a high school diploma with 4+ years of lean deployment experience.
• At least 3 years of additional lean deployment and execution experience in manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead lean transformations within manufacturing cells to reduce cycle time, inventory and waste.
• Establish site lean standards following FLIGHT DECK and train employees.
• Be a Kaizen champion, improve product flow, TAKT, and inventory turns.
• Teach and practice lean principles and tools across the site.
• Lead Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen events and implement corrective actions.
• Create Standardized Work Instructions and process flow diagrams.
• Coach managers to establish process flow using visual management.
• Guide teams through problem-solving phases (define, analyze, countermeasure, sustain).
