GE Aerospace is seeking a Senior FLIGHT DECK Leader - Transformation to drive lean conversion across target sites. You will work on Genba with operators and front-line leaders, deploying FLIGHT DECK and coordinating with transformation teams to set objectives and build capability.

You will lead a small team of practitioners, manage Kaizen events, standard work, and problem solving using structured methods, while ensuring safe, efficient flow of materials and information.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or manufacturing engineering.
• 5+ years leading lean conversion (value stream mapping, Kaizen events, standard work) with measurable results.

Responsabilidades

• Lead lean conversion at target sites.
• Deploy to GE Aerospace locations to convert target lines and value streams to FLIGHT DECK, working hands-on at Genba with operators and leaders.
• Partner with site leadership and the FLIGHT DECK Operations and Transformation Teams to set objectives and deploy lean tools.
• Lead a small team of FLIGHT DECK practitioners on conversion assignments.
