GE Aerospace in Niskayuna, NY seeks a seasoned Lean/Transformation professional to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within AR using FLIGHT DECK and standard work. You will drive Lean initiatives, train teams, lead Kaizen events, and deploy data-driven improvements across the AR value stream in coordination with the Transformation Office.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5 years in operations, program management, or quality management roles (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 10 years of related experience)
• U.S. citizenship required
• Willingness to work onsite in Niskayuna, NY

Responsabilidades

• Foster culture of continuous improvement and simplicity across AR.
• Collaborate with extended teams to improve operating cadences through tooling and coaching.
• Drive deployment of standard work, 5S, and lean initiatives across AR.
• Develop and track the health of the AR value stream within the CI process.
• Design and implement data management to extract/transform data for KPIs in the Transformation Office.
• Present Kaizen success stories and challenges across AR.
• Analyze data to support Kaizen activities using Excel and analytic tools.
• Lead system-level solutions to reduce manual interventions and improve processes.
• Coordinate with process improvement leaders to prioritize and implement Kaizen activities.
• Support development and implementation of standard work across AR.
