Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking an Executive FLIGHT DECK Leader for Electric Power & Propulsion to drive lean transformation across Defense & Systems. You will deploy FLIGHT DECK and build leadership capability, aligning efforts with broader enterprise transformation while guiding a 20-person team across multiple sites.

You will report to the Transformation Leader and partner with divisions to accelerate problem solving, enable continuous improvement, and deliver measurable ROI and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum 10 years in design engineering, product planning, or manufacturing.
• Minimum 8 years in Lean leadership, leading change & transformation, Kaizen facilitation, problem-solving, and Hoshin Kanri.

Responsibilities

• Drive radical prioritization of initiatives and resources per transformation roadmap.
• Lead KPI performance improvement and accountability with resource alignment.
• Shape the vision of FLIGHT DECK transformation and accelerate plan execution.
