Job summary

GE Aerospace in Niskayuna, NY is seeking a Senior Lean & Continuous Improvement professional to foster an innovation-driven culture. You will lead Lean events, standard work deployment, and KPI development across the AR value stream, coaching diverse teams on FLIGHT DECK and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 5 years of relevant experience (or 10 years with HS diploma), and onsite work in Niskayuna. A discretionary annual bonus is possible based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years in operations/program management/quality roles; or a HS diploma with 10 years of related experience.
• Willingness to work onsite in Niskayuna, NY; US citizenship required
• Strong Lean and process-improvement background

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within GE Aerospace Research.
• Drive Lean initiatives and Kaizen events across the AR value stream.
• Develop and deploy standard work, 5S, and data-driven KPIs.
• Lead training sessions and coach teams on Lean tools and FLIGHT DECK.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to deploy improvements.
