Job summary

Frontier Airlines is seeking a detail‑oriented crew scheduling professional to manage flight crew rosters in a 24/7 operation. You will coordinate with SOC, Flight Operations and Inflight teams to ensure safety and efficiency while adhering to government regulations and CBAs.

Responsibilities include validating schedules, handling reassignments, and communicating regulatory changes. Proficiency with Navitaire/Sabre, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work varied shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Advanced aviation coursework/desirable.
• Previous aviation operations experience preferred.
• Knowledge of airline terminology helpful.

Responsibilities

• Schedule flight crews per regulations and CBA terms.
• Monitor regulatory and contractual compliance for 24/7 operation.
• Coordinate with SOC, Flight Ops and Inflight management.
• Communicate regulations, reassignments and accommodations to crew.
• Assign uncovered flying per rules and company policy.
• Verify monthly schedule integrity and training events.
• Operate multiple software systems to complete tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Crew Scheduling.
