Job summary

flyExclusive in Raleigh, North Carolina is seeking a Crew Scheduler to join the operations scheduling team, ensuring flight crews are staffed for Part 135 operations and coordinating daily travel and itineraries for aircrew.

This role requires weekend/on-call rotation, holiday work, and strong communication, with data entry in Airtable and collaboration with Flight Control and Training to maintain crew currency.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Experience with aviation industry or airline scheduling software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain flight crew schedules for Part 135 airline operations
• Input and validate accurate data in Airtable for all aircrew schedules, training events, PTO or other leave events.
• Coordinate travel for crew swaps and IOE and ensure timely communication of changes
• Attend daily OCC meetings to provide scheduling information to other departments
• Projects/other duties as assigned
