Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Preferred: 1 year of PT experience with adults in home health care.

Responsibilities

• Plans and administers PT treatment programs to restore function and prevent disability.
• Completes comprehensive physical assessments and referrals when needed.
• Performs tests and evaluations such as ROM and manual muscle tests.
• Educates patient and family for home-based continuation of care.
• Supervises licensed PT assistants and aides.
