Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Preferred 1 year therapy with adult physical disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and updates treatment plans.
• Plans and administers physician-ordered PT programs to restore function.
• Records and evaluates findings to guide care and meet regulatory requirements.
• Supervises PT assistants and aides to ensure quality and compliance.
• Collaborates with physicians and multi-disciplinary team to coordinate care.
