Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and update treatment plans.
• Plan and administer physician-ordered PT programs to restore function.
• Record and evaluate assessment findings, plans, and progress notes.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and functional activities with equipment.
• Provide treatments using physical modalities as prescribed.
• Instruct patients and families on safe use of therapy equipment at home.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
