Job summary

Hazel Health is hiring a part-time clinician to provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K–12 students. You will complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with families, school staff, and care teams while delivering care through our secure telehealth platform.

You will work with an on-demand tiered support system, including onboarding, consultations, and weekly clinician newsletters, with a flexible schedule designed to meet student needs.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Iowa license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
• Comfortable delivering care via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K–12 students.
• Complete comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Partner with families, school staff, and care teams to support student success.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and deliver care aligned with evidence-based best practices.
• Assess and respond to clinical risk while following organizational safety protocols.
