Job summary

Hazel Health is expanding access to pediatric mental health care by partnering with schools to provide virtual therapy to K–12 students. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and the support of a collaborative clinical team.

• Active, unrestricted Iowa license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) required.
• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents preferred.
• Comfortable delivering care via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K–12 students.
• Complete comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Partner with families, school staff, and care teams to support student success.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and ensure safety protocols are followed.
