Responsibilities

• Be on call for shift coverage and assist with scheduling.
• Check members into the system.
• Give tours to prospective members and assist with sign-up.
• Update member information in accounts.
• Respond to member questions promptly and professionally; escalate as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the facility.
