Job summary

Excel Fitness, a Planet Fitness franchise group, is seeking a Part-time Member Service Representative to support front desk operations and provide exceptional member experiences. You will cover shifts as needed, assist with member sign-ups, and help maintain a clean, safe club environment.

We value punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude. Prior customer service is a plus, and you can grow within our expanding network of clubs across multiple states.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during shifts and assist with coverage.
• Check members into the system and help with tours and new account sign-ups.
• Assist with updates to members' accounts and respond to questions or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness across the facility and uphold safety protocols.
• Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions with members and coworkers.
