Job summary

DoorDash is hiring for a Variable Schedule Operations Associate at its DashMart locations. You will pick and pack orders, manage inventory and shelf life, and keep the warehouse organized while ensuring customer substitutions are approved.

The role features a two-shift minimum every two weeks, onboarding with one shift, and flexible AM/PM/overnight options. On-the-job training spans one shift plus a 4-hour training shift within 14 days.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Detail-oriented with focus on fresh food quality and safety.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders; pack the order and hand off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management; stock receivables and manage shelf life.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Substitute products with customer approval to delight customers.
