Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is hiring a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate. You will pick up open shifts via the scheduling app, with at least one shift every two weeks and a minimum of four hours per shift.

You will complete onboarding and a 4-hour on-the-job training within 14 days, then select shifts based on business needs. Responsibilities include picking/packing orders, inventory and spoilage management, and warehouse organization to delight customers.

Qualifications

• You’re reliable, punctual, and work well in a team.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse environments.
• Attention to detail and commitment to fresh food quality and safety.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in refrigerated areas.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders from the app, and hand off to Dashers.
• Manage inventory and spoilage, including shelf life.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Ensure substitutions are approved to delight customers.
