Job summary

DashMart, a DoorDash local-fulfillment center, is hiring for a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate. You will pick up shifts via the scheduling app, with a minimum commitment of one shift every two weeks and two shifts per month, after onboarding and a 4-hour on-the-job training within 14 days.

Responsibilities include picking/packing orders, inventory and spoilage management, warehouse organization, and ensuring substitutions are approved by customers.

Qualifications

• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented approach.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Detail-oriented with focus on fresh food quality and safety.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders. Pick orders that come through the app, pack the order and hand it off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management. Stock receivables and manage inventory, including shelf life.
• Warehouse organization. Clean and organize the warehouse.
• Delight customers. Ensuring substitutions are approved by the customer.
