Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is hiring a part-time Variable Schedule Operations Associate to pick and pack orders, stock inventory, and keep the warehouse organized. You will train on one onboarding shift and one 4-hour on-the-job shift within 14 days, then choose shifts based on business needs.

Expect two shifts per month to meet minimum scheduling requirements, with reliability and timely communication essential for success. Night hours include a $2/hour premium between 10pm-6am.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Detail-oriented with focus on fresh food quality and safety.
• Able to work in refrigerated areas (with or without accommodation).

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders.
• Inventory and spoilage management.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure customer substitutions are approved and correctly fulfilled.
