Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is hiring a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate to pick, pack, and fulfill orders for local delivery. You will manage inventory, keep the warehouse organized, and ensure customer substitutions are approved when needed.

You'll start with onboarding, then train on a 4-hour shift before selecting shifts via the scheduling app. Shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight options, with a $2/hour premium for night hours and flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• You are reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Detail-oriented and passionate about fresh food quality and safety.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas (with or without accommodation).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders through the app and handing off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management; stock receivables and manage inventory.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
