Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join DashMart as a Variable Schedule Operations Associate. You will pick and pack orders, manage inventory and spoilage, and keep the warehouse organized to support fast deliveries.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, experience in grocery or warehouse operations, and a high school diploma or GED. Shifts are variable with two shifts per month and onboarding included.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual team member.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders as they come through the app.
• Inventory and spoilage management, including shelf life tracking.
• Clean and organize the warehouse space.
• Delight customers by ensuring substitutions are customer-approved.
