Job summary

DashMart, a DoorDash local-fulfillment center, is seeking a Variable Schedule Operations Associate to pick up shifts every two weeks and work at least four hours per shift. Onboarding includes one shift plus a 4-hour on-the-job training within 14 days, followed by shift selection based on business needs.

Responsibilities include picking and packing orders, inventory and spoilage management, warehouse organization, and ensuring substitutions are approved by customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders from the app and handing off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management; stock receivables and shelf life.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer.
