Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. DashMart is seeking a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate to pick and pack orders, manage inventory and shelf life, and keep the warehouse organized. You will ensure substitutions are approved to delight customers and support fast, accurate deliveries.

Starting onboarding includes initial training, then choosing shifts via the scheduling app. Shifts include morning, day, evening and weekends, with pay premiums for night and flex shifts, plus benefits like paid sick

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in grocery, food service or warehouse operations preferred.
• Reliable and team-oriented with attention to safety and quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders from the app into a handoff to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stocking and shelf-life checks.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Delight customers by ensuring suitable substitutions are approved.
