Job summary

DashMart, a local-fulfillment center owned by DoorDash, is hiring a Variable Schedule Operations Associate. You’ll pick/pack orders via the app, manage inventory and spoilage, and keep the warehouse organized. You’ll also approve substitutions to delight customers and join onboarding with one 4-hour training shift.

Expect reliability and teamwork as core requirements; shifts may vary and include late-night premiums. Base pay is $14.95/hour with additional premiums and benefits support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse ops preferred.
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders that come through the app and hand off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management; stock receivables and shelf life.
• Warehouse organization; clean and maintain the space.
• Delight customers by ensuring substitutions are approved when needed.
