Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Enhanced for the Fremont, CA site. You will provide security services, respond to incidents, and conduct patrols while supporting customer needs and site policies.

The role offers flexible hours and opportunities to earn more through extra shifts. The position requires at least one year of security experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work a fixed anchor shift with potential to pick up additional shifts.

Qualifications

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the automotive manufacturing location and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
