Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a part-time Enhanced Security Officer in San Francisco, CA. This role offers fixed anchor shifts and the opportunity to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $23.00 per hour. The position emphasizes customer service, site-specific procedures, and the ability to respond to incidents calmly.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds, preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to staff, students, families, visitors, and performers by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout rehearsal, performance, office, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity during rehearsals, classes, performances, and events; assist with directions and entry procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations and concerns to appropriate site contacts and leadership.
