Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a FLEX Security Officer for the Fremont, CA site. The role involves flexible, part-time shifts with varied days, including weekends, and the responsibility to patrol, monitor access, and respond to incidents.

We require a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years verifiable experience) and a valid driver’s license where applicable. Background checks and a pre-employment drug screen are mandatory. Company offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check will be conducted as per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department if needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions such as loitering or prohibited articles.
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances/exits.
