Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Part Time Enhanced in Los Angeles, CA. This role offers fixed shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform to increase earnings and gain experience across sites.

You will provide customer service at a commercial real estate site, conduct patrols, monitor access, and prepare activity reports. A minimum of 6 months in security and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Six months of security-related experience required.
• Guard Card/License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel while following site-specific policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents and tenant concerns in a calm, professional manner, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions or maintenance needs.
• Prepare clear activity reports in accordance with site procedures.
