Job summary

Haven Home Care Inc. is expanding its home health services into Eastern Ohio, offering a part-time supervisory role for LPNs who want to supplement their current employment. You will perform supervisory visits, open visits, and client assessments while documenting thoroughly and complying with agency standards.

Work is performed in clients’ homes across Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties. Mileage reimbursement is provided; a valid Ohio LPN license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Complete open visits and supervisory visits every 60 days.
• Complete pre-employment testing for Home Health Aide candidates.
• Accurately document visits according to agency standards and regulatory requirements.
• Travel to client homes across Eastern Ohio counties.
