Job summary

Haven Home Care Inc. in Eastern Ohio seeks an LPN for a per-visit supervisory role alongside another job. You will conduct supervisory visits and open visits for new clients, and perform pre-employment testing for aides.

This position does not involve skilled nursing care or medical assessments. Initial hours are minimal as the territory builds. You will earn per visit: $25 supervisory, $35 open, $35 skills test, and $35 per hour of office time for written tests, plus mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and licensed to practice as an LPN in Ohio.
• Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and work auto insurance.
• Current CPR certification.
• Successful completion of background check, skills test, and written nursing test.
• Residence in Trumbull or Mahoning County preferred.

Responsibilities

• Documentation: Prepare accurate documentation according to agency standards.
• Supervisory & Open Visits: Conduct supervisory visits every 60 days and complete open visits for new clients.
• Pre-Employment Testing: Conduct skills tests and written tests for Home Health Aide candidates.
