Job summary

Go Spindle is seeking a substitute Registered Behavior Technician to support students in schools on a flexible, per diem basis. You will provide on‑one‑one behavioral support and help students achieve goals during onsite assignments.

This role emphasizes delivering individualized behavior strategies, collaborating with teachers and BCBA supervisors, and maintaining meticulous progress notes in a dynamic school environment.

Qualifications

• Requires current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience or strong interest working with school‑aged children.
• Ability to implement behavioral intervention plans under supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to students in classroom or school settings.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies under supervision.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment for all learners.
• Remain adaptable and ready to assist as needs arise throughout the school.
