Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students with Autism in public school districts. You will work under a BCBA supervision to improve behavior and learning outcomes.

Responsibilities include 1:1 support, implementing BIPs, data collection, and collaboration with school teams. On-site positions with start in September 2026 for the 2026-27 school year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred.
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training from an approved provider.
• Successful completion of the RBT Competency Assessment.
• RBT Certification from the BACB is required.
• Experience working with children with Autism or behavioral challenges is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow a behavior plan with consistency, compassion, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students in classroom or small group settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and daily support routines.
• Collect accurate behavioral data and submit session notes.
• Assist students with daily functional tasks and reinforce positive behaviors.
• Participate in student therapy sessions, team meetings, and training.
• Support BCBA in role‑playing, social‑emotional skill‑building, and communication modeling.
• Help reduce maladaptive behaviors through consistent and compassionate interventions.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all school environments.
