Job summary

Quincy School District is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to support students under the BCBA guidance. You will implement behavior interventions, collect data, and help with data-driven assessments in the SPED department.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and RBT certification (or willingness to obtain). Experience in a school setting and collaboration with teachers and families are important for success.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required or willingness to become certified.
• Experience in school setting preferred.
• Experience working with students with challenging behaviors helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing IEP goals through one-on-one or small group instruction.
• Collect data on student progress and report outcomes.
• Maintain accurate data records and communicate with staff/parents.
• Support development and implementation of behavior plans and positive reinforcement strategies.
• Contribute to crisis management and safety procedures as needed.
