Haven Home Care is expanding its Eastern Ohio operations and seeking a Supervisory LPN to manage supervisory visits, open visits, and candidate testing across Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Documentation: Prepare accurate and thorough documentation according to agency standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supervisory and Open Visits: Conduct regular supervisory visits every 60 days to check on Home Health Aides and complete open visits for new clients.
• Pre-Employment Testing: Conduct skills tests and written tests for Home Health Aide candidates.
