Job summary

Haven Home Care seeks an LPN for a supervisory role in its Eastern Ohio expansion, covering Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties. This is a per-visit position with pay for each completed visit or task and mileage reimbursement.

The role requires an active Ohio LPN license, a valid driver’s license, CPR, and willingness to travel. It is ideal as supplemental income as client volume grows.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate documentation according to agency standards.
• Conduct supervisory visits every 60 days and open visits for new clients.
• Conduct skills tests and written tests for aides.
