Animal Dermatology Clinic - Cary is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our team. The role centers on delivering excellent client service, managing front-desk needs, answering phones, booking appointments, and maintaining charts and records for a busy veterinary practice.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, works well in a team, and can handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment while presenting a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a public setting (retail or service).
• Experience in a veterinary hospital is preferred.
• Dependable attendance is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stay on feet for an 8-hour day.
• Ability to walk, bend, squat, stand, or reach constantly during shift.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent client service.

• Book appointments and maintain patient charts/records.
