Horizon Animal Hospital is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the clinic. The ideal candidate is cheerful, communicates well, and handles multitasking with strong computer skills.

You will coordinate calls, scheduling, payments, emails, and client education to ensure a warm, professional guest experience. Responsibilities include Saturdays, 32-40 hours weekly, 10-hour day shifts, and occasional weekend coverage.

Formación

• Must currently live in Arizona.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Saturdays required.
• Full time position requires 32-40 hours per week.
• 10-hour shift (Day shift).
• Weekends as needed; every other required.
