Priority Acura Chesapeake is seeking a Service Advisor to welcome customers, assess needs, and guide service selections. You will deliver accurate estimates, write repair orders, and manage communications throughout the repair process in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The role requires open availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving service goals. Base pay plus incentives and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication skills to explain service recommendations and options.
• Attention to detail for repair orders and service documentation.
• Comfortable using dealership management systems and software.
• Licensed driver with a valid driving record in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Follow the ICC process to greet customers professionally.
• Identify, confirm, and propose resolutions to customer concerns.
• Explain service needs, costs, and timelines to customers.
• Conduct a vehicle walk-around to assess needs.
• Prepare and write accurate repair orders in ADP.
• Advise on a multi-point inspection and obtain approvals for additional services.
• Communicate status to customers during repair and delivery.
