Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Automotive Service Advisor and/or dealership experience preferred.
• Valid in-state driver's license.
• Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with customers
• Greet customers and make them feel welcome
• Identify required services using vehicle history
• Advise on services and costs, including promotions
• Compute cost of parts and labor
• Ensure comprehensive re-delivery check of customer vehicle
• Review customer satisfaction surveys with service manager
• Meet the dealership's standards for repair order production
