Acura Marysville is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers during their service experience. You will help customers understand maintenance needs, explanations of repairs, and transparent pricing from arrival to pickup, while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service, sales, account management, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and build strong relationships throughout the service experience.
• Listen to customer concerns and identify vehicle service and maintenance needs.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the service department.
• Explain maintenance, repairs, pricing and completion times clearly.
• Prepare accurate repair orders and transparent estimates.
• Maintain regular communication with customers on status of vehicles.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure quality work and timely completion.
• Present additional maintenance or repair recommendations and answer questions.
• Address customer concerns professionally to achieve positive resolutions.
• Foster lasting relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
