Job summary

Mad Science of WI IL & MI is hiring part-time instructors to teach fun, interactive science workshops to K-5 students in after-school programs. Most sessions run 2:30–5:30 PM on weekdays, with additional weekend hours available.

We provide all supplies, equipment and curriculum, and there is mileage reimbursement for travel between locations. We offer a flexible schedule, a chance to advance within our team, and a supportive environment for creative and enthusiastic educators who love science

Qualifications

• Flexible, creative, engaging and have excellent verbal communication skills.
• Love children, science, teaching and/or acting.
• Own/have regular access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Drive to a school, daycare or park and rec (mileage reimbursement plan).
• Lead a one-hour exciting, immersive and interactive science lesson after paid training.
