CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and delivering excellent customer service. This role leads store staff when managers are unavailable and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed.

Qualifications include deductive reasoning, analytical abilities, and strong communication. The position requires flexibility for early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with benefits for a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the store crew; assign and follow up on tasks.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crew.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; merchandise and present displays.
• Execute displays and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandize.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
