Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is looking for a Variable Schedule Operations Associate at our Roseville location. In this part‑time role, you will pick and pack orders, manage inventory, and keep the warehouse organized while ensuring customer substitutions are approved.

You will train on onboarding shifts and then pick up shifts as needed. Shifts include morning, day, evening, and weekend options, with two shifts per month required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable, positive, and team‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Detail-oriented and passionate about fresh food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders from the app; hand off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management; stock receiving and shelf life.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness of the facility.
• Ensure customer substitutions are approved and delight customers.
