Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is hiring a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate. You will pick and pack orders through the DashMart app, stock inventory, and keep the warehouse organized. You’ll also review substitutions with customers to ensure satisfaction and accuracy.

Offered shifts are two per month with onboarding and a 4-hour training shift within 14 days. The role includes a $2/hour premium for night hours and flex shifts, plus sick time and wellness perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• High attention to detail and safety in handling fresh food.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders for DashMart app.
• Inventory and spoilage management; stock receivables and shelf life.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer to delight shoppers.
