Job summary

DashMart, a DoorDash local fulfillment center, seeks a Variable Schedule Operations Associate to help pick, pack, and stock in a fast-paced grocery/warehouse setting. This role combines scheduled shifts with flexible open shifts via our scheduling app, including a nightly premium and two shifts per month minimum.

You’ll start with onboarding and complete a 4-hour on-the-job training within 14 days, then select shifts based on business needs while remaining reliable and team-oriented.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders in the app-based workflow.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stocking and shelf-life control.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
