DoorDash DashMart in Roseville, MI is hiring for a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate. You’ll pick up shifts via our scheduling app, work at least one shift every two weeks, and contribute to daily grocery and warehouse operations.

You’ll pick, pack, stock, and organize in a real brick‑and‑mortar DashMart, ensuring substitutions are approved and freshness is maintained. On‑the‑job training begins with one shift, followed by flexible shifts to match business needs.

Qualifications

• Reliable, positive, and team‑oriented.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on fresh food quality and safety.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders as they come through the app.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stocking receivables and shelf life.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness of the facility.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer to delight shoppers.
